These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and smbet ("Platform", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the smbet online gaming platform located at smbet.cam and all associated services. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with smbet. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different personal information or the same information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings contained therein. This restriction applies regardless of the method used to create additional accounts and extends to attempts to circumvent detection through use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other technical means.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify smbet of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. smbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from such failure.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. This includes all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals processed through your account. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, you must immediately change your password and contact smbet customer support. We reserve the right to suspend account access pending investigation of suspected unauthorized activity.

3.3 Account Sharing Prohibition

Sharing your account credentials with third parties, allowing others to access your account, or using your account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. Your account is personal to you and non-transferable. Any detected account sharing will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of account balance.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

smbet accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers to major Philippine banks including but not limited to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your legal name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in transaction reversal and account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified on the platform and may vary by payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless alternative arrangements have been approved by smbet in writing. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the platform. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within specified timeframes may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

smbet maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law and international standards. 4.4 Currency and Conversion

Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to PHP at prevailing exchange rates at the time of transaction, with applicable conversion fees applied. 5.2 Game Integrity and Random Number Generators

Game results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by smbet, players, or any third parties. We reserve the right to void bets and withhold winnings in cases where game integrity has been compromised through player misconduct or technical malfunctions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Promotional Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by smbet are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of offer. These promotional terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while playing with bonus funds, and expiration periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Bonuses are intended for recreational players engaging in normal gameplay. Any detected bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other strategic play designed to exploit promotional offers, will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, potential account closure, and confiscation of any winnings derived from bonus funds.

In the event of promotional terms conflicts or discrepancies, smbet management decisions shall be final and binding. Players engaged in active promotions at the time of modification will be notified of changes and may elect to continue under new terms or forfeit remaining bonus funds.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Platform Ownership

All content, software, graphics, text, images, logos, and other materials available on the smbet platform are the exclusive property of smbet or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The smbet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of smbet and may not be used without our prior written consent.

7.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, smbet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to download (other than page caching), modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the platform.

7.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of any software or games on the platform. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information of smbet without our express written consent. Any unauthorized use of platform content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and result in civil and criminal penalties.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Provision "As Is"

The smbet platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. smbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8.2 Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, smbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; (c) any content obtained from the platform; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8.3 Technical Failures

smbet shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures including but not limited to internet connection interruptions, server downtime, software malfunctions, or any other technical issues beyond our reasonable control. In the event of game malfunctions, all affected bets and payouts are void, and affected wagers shall be refunded to player accounts.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the smbet platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through direct communication with our support representatives.

9.2 Formal Dispute Process

If informal resolution proves unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

9.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration.

10. Modifications to Terms

10.1 Right to Modify

smbet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via email to the address associated with their account and/or through prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects the date of the most recent modifications.

10.2 Acceptance of Modifications

Your continued use of the smbet platform following notification of Terms modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure. Account closure does not absolve you of obligations incurred under previous Terms versions during your period of platform use.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent to the greatest extent possible. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and smbet regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
